Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have any questions about your order, or need to rush an order, please email us directly at thenimbusfactory@gmail.com. We include a receipt with all our shipped orders -- please contact us if this is a gift and you do not want us to include this receipt!
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
Your happiness is our priority so if for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange your purchased item for a similar one from our shop or you can return any unused orders within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We will credit back your charges when we receive your returned items minus shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Anything used or on sale cannot be returned for a refund. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of package receipt to file a claim!
Q: Are you environmentally friendly?
The Nimbus Factory is 100% committed to pursuing the most environmentally friendly practices when creating, producing, and packaging our products. All products are printed on FSC Certified and sustainable paper stock. When possible, we package our items in biodegradable sleeves and use products made of recycled or reused materials.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
We are pleased to announce that we officially accept international orders! Just go ahead and shop as usual and select your country during checkout to view your country's shipping rate. If you have any issues at all with your order, please drop us a line at thenimbusfactoryorders@gmail.com and we'd be happy to work it out with you!
Q: I really like a certain product in your store. Can you customize it for me/my business/my event?
We would love to! Just email us directly at thenimbusfactory@gmail.com and we can discuss custom design options that are suitable for your needs.
